Nursing

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patient based on nursing process
  • Coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
  • Educate patients and family on treatment, procedures and health promotion
  • Report and initiate appropriate action whenever the patient displays adverse response to treatment or medications
  • Respond to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in Nursing
  • Holder of a Certificate of Registered Nurse Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong

Allied Health

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Departmental operation. Reinforce the policy and managerial decision and coordinate smooth workflow in the primary work areas
  • Establish effective communication with physicians, nurses, dispensers and other hospital personnel so as to promote and ensure rational therapy. Counsel patients with professional advice for medication management
  • Provide direct supervision to Pharmacist II, Dispensers, Administrative staff and Supportive staff. Ensure and maintain good discipline and also professional attitude of pharmacy staff
  • Develop and participate in clinical audit and departmental improvement projects
  • Plan, develop and deliver training to pharmacy staff, doctors, nursing staff and general public
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or above
  • A Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Hong Kong

Preferred Attributes

  • 4 years' or above hospital pharmacy experience with healthcare management skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform professional duties to achieve desired health outcomes

  • Participate in the safe and accurate aseptic dispensing of cytotoxic injectable drugs in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or above

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to geriatric clients
  • Provide services at locations including but not limited to hospital to meet operational needs
  • Develop clinical guidelines, protocols and patient care process
  • Provide in-service training to other disciplines in the team
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with a Certificate of Registration (Part Ia) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board, Hong Kong
  • 5 years' or above working experience as Physiotherapist, preferred in elderly service
  • Independent and proficient in language and communication skills
  • Self- initiative, good patient care and leadership skills required

Administrative & Clerical

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain, handle and track health records for the purpose of clinical information support
  • Release information and ensure accuracy of patient and episodic details in compliance with the hospital policies and legislative requirements
  • Process and respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Retrieve and dispatch records for health records requests within St. Paul's Hospital
  • Assist in compilation and preparation of hospital statistics and reports
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Completion of F.5 / S.5 or above
  • Experience in administration or health care settings is preferable

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform basic clerical duties in department
  • Liaise effectively among various department and communicate efficiently with external customers
  • Handle registration and booking of appointment for customers
  • Compile imaging films and reports of investigations for collection by customers
  • Assist in performing medical image post-processing and output editing under direct supervision of radiographic staff
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

職責 :

  • 執行日常前線機電操作及維修工作
  • 陪同及監察機電外判承辦商的相關維修項目,以符合醫院要求及向上級匯報
  • 執行定期機電系統的測量工作,向上級匯報測試結果
  • 協助進行院內的小型改建工程,以增加效率
  • 於“屋宇管理電腦系統”監察日常機電操作及在故障時執行應變措施,並向上級匯報
  • 需輪班工作

資歷 :

  • 能讀寫中文及簡單英文,操流利粵語及簡單英文
  • 具五年或以上機電設備維修及安裝經驗

職責

  • 協助註冊護士執行臨床檢查及治療的記錄工作
  • 執行基本健康檢查及記錄,會員之清潔護理,協助有需要的會員沐浴更衣

  • 需輪班跟車接送會員工作

  • 負責廚房日常運作,包括協助廚師處理和烹調食材,送餐及廚房雜務工作
